Boca Raton’s Straub Announces Launch of Leadership Venture, Mona Straub Inspires
South Florida business leader Mona Straub announces her latest venture, Mona Straub Inspires, a vehicle for giving back to the business community through motivational speaking, executive business coaching, life coaching, and corporate team training. The new venture equips business leaders to shape better teams, better companies and better lives, focusing on positivity, empathy, and personal development.
Straub, a veteran entrepreneur, is the founder of Just Fur Fun, a retailer of clothing and accessories for dogs, cats, and horses. After scaling the company for 13 years, Straub engineered a successful exit from Just Fur Fun in 2024. Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures Straub led large sales teams in diverse industries.
Through Mona Straub Inspires, Straub will continue to give motivational speeches to groups in the region, provide executive coaching, and help leaders optimize their team’s performance.

Straub has a history of giving back to fellow entrepreneurs. Since 2018, she has served as an advisory board member of the Florida Women’s Business Center. Supported by the US Small Business Administration, the FWBC delivers training, counseling, mentoring, resources, referrals, and support to women entrepreneurs.
South Floridians also know Straub for her volunteer and philanthropic endeavors. Her board participation and leadership has spanned area organizations devoted to animal welfare, including the Dachsund Rescue of South Florida and the Broward Humane Society. She is also an advisor to The Bolo Project, a California-based nonprofit that helps teens build confidence through innovative dog-assisted education.
