Mona Straub is a New York–born sales executive turned leadership expert, keynote speaker, and certified coach who has spent decades helping people make bold moves in business and in life. Behind the accolades is a woman who has lived every lesson she teaches—surviving a difficult childhood, navigating two failed marriages, rebuilding after business partnerships gone wrong, and standing strong after losing her husband to brain cancer. After leading teams of 125+ salespeople and driving multi-million-dollar growth for a Fortune 100 company, Mona built several businesses from the ground up. Today, as founder of Mona Straub Inspires, she coaches entrepreneurs and executives, delivers keynotes nationwide, and serves on the Advisory Council of the Florida Women's Business Center. A Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and award-winning advocate for women in business, Mona lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
