Mona Straub Joins Global Delegation of Leadership Coaches for Transformation Initiative in Argentina

Mona Straub Inspires is proud to announce that founder and Maxwell-Certified Leadership Coach, Mona Straub, has been selected to join an esteemed delegation of 140 Maxwell Leadership Certified Coaches traveling to Argentina later this month. This international team of leadership experts will train 8,000 facilitators representing more than 600 organizations, marking the official launch of the Maxwell Leadership Foundation’s Country Transformation Initiative in Argentina.
Led by renowned leadership authority and bestselling author Dr. John C. Maxwell, the initiative focuses on equipping leaders with values-based methodologies that drive positive cultural, organizational, and national transformation. This program has already seen measurable success in countries such as Guatemala, Costa Rica, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic, Papua New Guinea, and Panama—impacting over three million people to date.
During the three-day training, facilitators in Argentina will be equipped to bring sustainable change to their organizations and communities through leadership development rooted in values, collaboration, and measurable impact. These trained leaders will then multiply transformation efforts across sectors, from education and business to government and non-profits.

In addition to leadership development activities, the Maxwell consultants will engage in multiple community service projects, an endeavor with much appeal to Mona.
